The Centers can help you with programs to improve the skills of your workers if you are an employer. Many programs qualify for subsidized tuition, which can help improve productivity at little or no cost.
An Employment Specialist at the nearest Job & Career Center can help you develop a training and employment action plan. Off-site training can include:
- English as a Second Language
- Certificate programs, including GED
- Short-term entry level courses
- Vocational education programs
- Specific skill training
- Degree programs to transfer to a four-year college
